THE CONTOURS' CONTRACT RIDER
Purchaser's Obligations Backline Equipment Sound Counterplay Input List Stage Plan
Annexed to and made a part of contract dated _______________________ , 200___ Between: THE CONTOURS (hereinafter "ARTIST") And: _______________________________________________________________ (hereinafter "Purchaser")
This rider will become part and parcel of the contract and must be signed by the purchaser or contract will become NULL AND VOID.
Purchaser is to provide at no cost to ARTIST and their band the following:
1.	Secure dressing facilities with mirror and coat rack plus a table and chairs for up to 12 people.
2.	Backstage hospitality consisting of the following : Two (2) cases of mixed soda (Coke, 7UP, Orange) Two (2) containers of orange juice Two (2) pots of coffee with cream, sugar & cups Twelve (12) bottled waters Twelve (12) hot meals – menu to be submitted to artist for approval Twenty-Five (25) drinking glasses with ice
3.	ARTIST will be allowed to sell materials at each engagement. Purchaser will provide an 8-ft. table with 5 chairs. .
4.	Twelve (12) containers of bottled water and Ten (10) towels near the stage during the show.
5.	Ten (10) hotel rooms within 30 minutes driving distance from the performance venue.
6.	Ten (10) round trip air fares, together with all ground transportation.
7.	Purchaser will withdraw from sale for Artist’s use 20 complimentary tickets and backstage passes per performance. If unused, Artist will release these tickets to Purchaser for sale on the day of performance.
ALL TERMS OF THIS RIDER ARE ACCEPTED BY THE PURCHASER, INCLUDING ALL REQUIREMENTS OF ATTACHED BACKLINE EQUIPMENT RIDER, SOUND REINFORCEMENT, COUNTERPLAY INPUT LIST AND STAGE PLAN. ANY TERMS THAT ARE WAIVED MUST BE INITIALED BY ARTIST. FAILURE TO SIGN RIDER WILL BE CAUSE TO CANCEL THE ENGAGEMENT.

THE CONTOURS' SOUND REINFORCEMENT REQUIREMENTS
	Speaker System: A high quality 4 way speaker system capable of providing clear, undistorted and evenly distributed sound throughout the venue. System must be able to sustain frequencies from 40Hz to 16Khz at an average level of 105db (C weighted) at the mix position. (Turbosound TMS-3, EAW KF-850) All power should be Crown, QSC, AB or similar quality. Front of House: (1) 40 channel console with four band EQ (at least two sweepable mids) and at least four post fader sends.
