This rider will become part and parcel of the contract and must be signed by the purchaser or contract will become
NULL AND VOID. |
| Purchaser to provide the following at no expense to
ARTISTS:

| 1. |
TRANSPORTATION:
Promoter will provide roundtrip airfare for Ten (10) Individuals to and
from the city of performance from the designated points of origin to be
specified

GROUND TRANSPORTATION:
Promoter to provide transportation for The Manhattans between the Airport, Hotel And Venue. Promoter
to provide at no cost to The "Manhattans" Two (2) Limousines for the Group And Musicians. Vehicles
to be at the disposal of The Manhattans.

HOUSING:
Promoter to provide at no cost to The "Manhattans", Residence (Hotel Rooms) for The Manhattans,
in the form of Ten (10) Single Rooms for duration of performance. (All Extras
will be taken care of by The "Manhattans").

CATERING:
One (1) Hot Meal (Dinner) For 10 People , One (1) Bottle Of White Wine (Chablis Or Zinfandel), One (1) Bottle Of Cream Sherry, One (1) Bottle Of Cognac (Henessy), Two (2) Cases Soda, Two (2) Cases Of Beer
to be provided Per Day for duration of performances. Cold Cut Platters, Sodas And Juices
to be provided during Soundcheck.

DRESSING ROOMS:
Promoter to provide One First Class Dressing Room For Six (6) People, Clean And Well Lit With Mirrors For The "Manhattans", One First Class Dressing Room For Six (6) People, Clean And Well Lit With Mirrors For The Band. Both Rooms To Have Bottled Water On Ice And Twelve (12) Towels In Each.

SECURITY:
Promoter shall provide two (2) security guards, to be stationed In front
of dressing rooms, and at the request of the Road Manager. Security Guards
shall provide an escort to the Stage, provide security while group Is on
stage, from Sound Check until ninety (90) minutes after performance

TICKETS AND BACKSTAGE PASSES:
Promoter to provide (__) complimentary tickets per show or honor an official guest list which will be presented to promoter or authorized representative and also provide backstage passes where applicable.
Promoter shall be deemed fully responsible for any and all tickets (legal and counterfeit) and under no circumstances shall the act absorb any loss as a result of such tickets.
No tickets are to be sold for seats any place on the stage area, promoter shall provide adequate seating for guests of The
"Manhattans".

SETTLEMENT:
All balances shall be paid to Edward "Sonny" Bivins, Arthur Scribner or authorized representative
IN CASH No Less Than ONE (1) HOUR before showtime.

ALL TERMS OF THIS RIDER ARE ACCEPTED BY THE PURCHASER UNLESS THEY ARE WAIVED BY
ARTISTS AND INITIALED. FAILURE TO SIGN RIDER WILL BE CAUSE TO CANCEL THE ENGAGEMENT.
