KIM WESTON CONTRACT RIDER 
Annexed to and made a part of contract dated _______________________ , 200___
Between:  UTOPIA ARTIST, LLC(hereinafter "Agent")
And:         ____________________________________________________________________________________ (hereinafter "Purchaser")

This rider will become part and parcel of the contract and must be signed by the purchaser or contract will become NULL AND VOID. 
1.  Accommodation:
A.   If Ms. Weston brings band; Purchaser shall provide and pay for 6 hotel rooms in a 3 star or better hotel.
B.   If Purchaser provides band; Purchaser shall provide and pay for 2 hotel rooms in a 3 star or better hotel. 		  
2. Transportation: 
Purchaser shall provide airfare from Ms. Weston’s (and or bands) city of departure to city of performance and return. Purchaser shall provide and pay for airport to hotel pickup and return as well as hotel to venue for sound check and performance and return. 		  
3. 

Sound Check:
Purchaser to provide a 45 min. sound check, consistent with professional entertainment industry standards, no later than 4 hours before 
scheduled show time. 

  
4. 

Dressing Room:
Purchaser to provide 1 private dressing room for Ms. Weston and 1 private dressing room for the band. All dressing rooms must have a lock and key or be protected by a security person at the dressing room door. Also, dressing room must have a mirror, clean towels and a place to hang clothes and must be heated/air conditioned. 

  
5. 

Refreshments:
Purchaser to provide in Ms. Weston’s dressing room: Hot Tea, Lemon, Honey, Bottled Water, Fruit plate, 1 bottle of Martel Brandy, Cola, Ice and the band dressing room with Soft Drinks, Bottled Water, Beer and a Deli Platter. 

  
6. 

Backline:
Purchaser to provide amps, keyboards and drums per Artist's current specifications. 

  
7.  Monitors:
Purchaser to provide stage monitors per Artist's current specifications. 		  
8. 

Sound and Lights:
Purchaser to provide sound and lights consistent with professional entertainment industry standards. 

  
9. Comp Tickets: 
Purchaser to provide 10 complimentary tickets for each show.

ALL TERMS OF THIS RIDER ARE ACCEPTED BY THE PURCHASER UNLESS THEY ARE WAIVED BY ARTIST MANAGEMENT AND INITIALED.  UNINITIALED MODIFICATIONS OR DELETIONS WILL VOID RIDER.  FAILURE TO SIGN RIDER WILL BE CAUSE TO CANCEL THE ENGAGEMENT.
