Note: In order for the 3 or more show price to take effect all shows must be booked at once.
The group wishes for 2 day hotel stays to allow 1 whole day for practice.
If this cannot be achieved then the 1 day hotel accommodation prices apply.
The above shows include the following:

Up to 1 hour performance with a 9 piece Looking Glass, which includes Elliot Lurie;

This rider will become part and parcel of the contract and must be signed by the purchaser or contract will become
NULL AND VOID. |
| Purchaser to provide the following at no expense to
ARTISTS:
|

· Ground transportation and
· PA system, lights and equipment (backline to include but not limited to)
· 8 monitors
· 1 24 channel or higher mixer
· Ample power amps for the gig using the ratio of 600 watts per 60 square feet
· 1 keyboard stand-two tier
· 1 keyboard amp-100 watt or higher
· 3 guitar amps-100 watt or higher (Vox, Fender Twin Reverb—preferred)
· 1 bass amp-300 watt or higher (Ampeg SVT preferred)
· 1 bass cabinet
· 1 sound man
· 1 light man
· 1 88 key electric Yamaha piano (P60, P90, P200 or higher)
· Professional grade drum kit (Yamaha, Gretsch, Pearl, DW, Tama, Mapex, Premier or Ludwig, which includes:
· 22” kick drum (maple or birch)
· 1 snare
· 1 highhat
· 1 12” mounted tom
· 1 14” mounted tom
· 1 16” floor tom
· 1 10” splash cymbal
· 1 16” china cymbal
· 4 Manhasset music stands
· 1 projector capable of showing CDs or DVDs
· 1 projector screen at least 20’ * 20’.
· Additional transportation costs over and above $400.00 a man.
· 1 bottle of brandy inside of a sailor’s cap (to be drank only after the gig)
· No brown M&Ms

Note: In order for the 3 or more show price to take effect all shows must be booked at once. Since 8 of the band’s 9 members reside in southeastern Michigan, travel and hotel accommodations are only needed for one. However if the engagement is more than 80 miles from the above address then a gas mileage allowance of 35 cents per mile for 8 members must apply.
The above shows include the following:

The buyer may provide:
· PA system, lights (backline) or this may be provided by Looking Glass. If Looking Glass provides backline (PA, lights, soundman, light man) add $600.00 to the total for one show.
The buyer must provide
· 1 guitar amp 100 watt or higher
· PA system, lights (backline) if not renting those items from Looking Glass
· Additional transportation costs over $500.00 a man (one musician only would need this)
Note: The equipment concerns don’t apply for Michigan shows due to the ease of transportation from locality.

ALL TERMS OF THIS RIDER ARE ACCEPTED BY THE PURCHASER UNLESS THEY ARE WAIVED BY
ARTISTS AND INITIALED. FAILURE TO SIGN RIDER WILL BE CAUSE TO CANCEL THE ENGAGEMENT.
